Our products are not built the same way, and they do not handle information the same way. So each one has its own privacy policy, describing what that product collects, which outside providers it uses, how long it keeps information, and how you take your data out or delete it.

Please do not read this page as covering a product that is not named above. What is true of one of our products is not automatically true of another, which is the reason each one states its own position in its own words.
What is true of all of them
We do not sell your information, and we never have.
We never see your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.
You are told who else touches your information. Every product's privacy policy lists the outside providers it uses, by name, for that product.
Everything else, including what is collected, what is not collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it, is set out in the privacy policy for the product you are using.
Making a privacy request
The fastest route is the support address for the product your information is in, listed above. Those requests are handled on the timelines set out in that product's privacy policy.

Changes to this page
We update this page when we add a product, retire one, or move a document. Changes to how a product handles your information are announced in that product's own privacy policy, on the terms set out there.
