The trial length, the price, the refund window, and how to cancel are stated in that document. It is part of that product's Terms of Service, and it is what applies to your subscription.
Before you dispute a charge
If a charge looks wrong, write to the support address for that product first. A dispute filed with your bank closes the account while it is investigated, which is slower for you than asking us, and in most cases we can settle it the same day.
Changes to this page
We update this page when we add a product, retire one, or move a document. Changes to the refund terms for a subscription are announced in that product's own refund policy, on the terms set out there.
