Pathway System Solutions LLC is an Alabama limited liability company. We build and operate software for small business owners. Each product is sold separately, and each product has its own Terms of Service.

This page does not replace those terms. It tells you where to find the agreement that covers the product you are using. That product's own Terms of Service is the contract between you and us, and it is the document you agreed to when you created your account.

Our products, and the terms that cover them

Business Cash Manager

Records the money you expect to come in and go out, and shows what your cash position is likely to be on a future date.

A product that is not listed above is not offered for sale, and nothing on this page describes it. When we release another product, it is added here with its own terms, its own privacy policy, and its own refund policy, before it becomes available.

How these documents fit together

Each product's Terms of Service is the complete agreement for that product. It covers what the software does, what it does not do, pricing, the free trial, billing, refunds, how your data is handled, how the agreement ends, and how disputes are resolved.

If anything on this page appears to conflict with a product's own Terms of Service, that product's own terms control for that product.

Using one of our products does not sign you up for another one. Each is subscribed to separately, priced separately, and governed separately.

Changes to this page

We update this page when we add a product, retire one, or move a document. Changes to the terms that actually govern your subscription are announced in that product's own Terms of Service, on the terms set out there.
